Beady Eye is Liam Gallagher's brand new band featuring former Oasis colleagues Gem Archer, Andy Bell and Chris Sharrock.
Townsend Music launched the band's D2C store on December 26th 2010 with an exclusive limited edition numbered 7'' single entitled 'Four Letter Word' which sold out within a couple of hours.
Further exclusive limited edition 7'' singles have been launched; 'The Roller' , 'Millionaire' and 'The Beat Goes On' all selling out within a few hours.
An exclusive online range of Beady Eye merchandise soon followed alongside the band's debut album 'Different Gear, Still Speeding' campaign incorporating a series of t-shirt/album bundle campaigns which proved incredibly popular with the band's rabid fanbase.
Following a performance at Brixton Academy, the band released a cover of The Beatles 'Across The Universe' as a download only single, with proceeds going to the British Red Cross Japan Tsunami Appeal.
